  3. Don’t forget to read carefully the directions before doing the test, because there may be a little different procedure from one brand to another.

  5. In addition, some possible mistakes that you can do while doing test are; the second line (the crucial sign of positive or negative result) may be evaporated due to you read the result too late, the stick of your test may not be saturated enough with the urine, and a cup that you choose to collect your urine is not clean enough that eventually will influence the test result.
