The suggestion to keep relax in order to quickly have a baby is so recommended. Women who are restless or stress in the fertile period tend to be more difficult fertilized than women who did not much mind (are not stress).

Although many people believe and have proved it but there are not enough of scientifically proofs about stress can complicate pregnancy!  As a result, some may start to ignore because it was considered just a myth.

Recently researchers from Oxford University show an association between stress and chances of conception in the fertile period. In women with many minds, the opportunity was decreased by 12 percent.

Quoted from Dailymail, the study involved 274 women aged 18-44 years who are trying to get a descent. The participants did not have sex or undergo fertility treatment in the three previous menstrual cycles.

Based on examination of saliva, researchers found that women who had higher levels of alpha-amylase enzyme in the fertile period (this enzyme is an indicator of the level of adrenaline, which increases while experiencing anxiety) could be the highest 12 percent smaller chance to be fertilized.

The results of these studies have been published in the latest issue of the journal Fertility and Sterility.

"In some cases, the chances of pregnancy can be improved with a variety of relaxation techniques, counseling and approaches such as yoga and meditation," said Dr Cecilia Pyper who is also involved in that study.

Dr. Pyper also suggests further research to prove whether a variety of relaxation techniques really effective in improving the odds of pregnancy.
