Well, we can do many ways to avoid the spread of germs and keeps the health of our body. But actually there are 4 small mistakes made every day and could trigger the spread of germs.

You may think that with frequent hand washing, covering nose when sneezing and coughing or always wear masks are helpful and effective enough to protect you from germs. But don’t forget to small things that also can trigger the spread of germs. Once again, there are several small mistakes unwittingly made every day and make a person susceptible to bacterial or viral.

Putting glass in the bathroom

Some people put the glass in the bathroom such as near the sink to help them put a rub or brush for brushing teeth. But unfortunately many people do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the glass! It is important to keep the cleanliness of the glass, because dirty glass can be a factor of the spread of disease.

Therefore, to promote better health for your body, you should wash the glass regularly with soap and warm water.

Don’t miss to wash the rind first!

Most people just wash the fruit whose skin is edible, but for fruit such as bananas or citrus peel are usually not washed. This can make your hand or your skin touch bacteria of the fruit and put it into your mouth. Therefore, it’s so recommended to wash the rind of any fruits first before eating them.

The habit of touching your face

Everyone would do it like scratching or rubbing the nose cheeks, but each time touching the face (especially nose, mouth and eyes) then you will give germs a free ride into your body.

You should reduce touching your face and avoid rubbing your eyes in order to reduce exposure, but not too compulsive.

Putting shoes in the house

Store or put shoes inside of your house can lead to the spread of germs into your rooms. Some people still want to keep his shoes in the house, but a number of studies do not recommend this behavior because the germs that are brought by the shoes from the road or pavement can make someone sick.

Therefore, it is much better to put your shoes outside of your room or outside of your house if necessary. If you love your shoes (because you may think that they are expensive enough), you can clean them first before putting them inside of your house!
