Some recent research suggests that free radicals are now a prime suspect of many diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease and premature aging.

dr Phaidon L Toruan, MM, healthy living expert, as quoted from his writings, said that there are several free radicals that are often a culprit of dangerous diseases:
  1. Cigarette; it would be more effective when the movement to reduce tobacco consumption massively promoted.
  2. Exhaust fumes; it would be more effective when educational use of the nose cap, reducing the number of motor vehicles, switching to environmentally friendly vehicles, exhaust emissions controls tightened.
  3. Stress; it can lead to more production of hormone cortisol to break down fats to be converted into sugar, in order to meet the needs of the brain. The process of the breakdown of fat into sugar is called oxidation, which means generating free radicals aka oxidants. Own stress management should be comprehensive, consisting of a healthy diet and healthy exercise. Educational issues that directly cause stress can also reduce the risk of dangerous diseases.
"Moreover, it may also need further research about how much does actually toxin that enters our bodies. Because our bodies are exposed to numerous synthetic chemicals that go either directly or indirectly into the body," said dr Phaidon.

There are some synthetic chemicals that can also cause cancer and other serious illnesses such as:
  1. Pesticides and herbicides (chemical fertilizers). Both can be indirectly entered into our body via any non-organic foods or fruits that we consume.
  2. The remaining paint textiles, cars, houses, ships, airplanes that are wasted and absorbed into the groundwater and food chain.
  3. Drugs made from synthetic chemicals are eaten by livestock, and finally eaten by humans.
  4. Food preservatives, synthetic fragrance and synthetic food flavorings.
  5. Bad quality of Cooking-oil which the structure is damaged by high the heat! This bad quality of cooking-oil can contribute to bad performance of blood vessels.
