Keep the cleanliness of your hands!

In fact, flu or cold or germs can be easily to spread and go into our body through touch from our hands. Therefore, it is so important to keep the cleanliness of our hands so thus the spread of the germs can be eliminated as well.

Moreover, eliminate any useless activities as much as possible that can make your hands (fingers) touch your nose, mouth or eyes!

You should completely understand how to clean your hands properly and completely clean, you have to be master on the art of hand-washing. Use soap and water to clean your hands before and after eating or touching food for better result.

Furthermore, you should know that germs is also able to grow on bar soaps, therefore you can use the pumped kind, soap-over-antibacterial and a hands-free dispenser if necessary for better result.

And dry hands are far less likely to spread germs or bacteria than damp ones -- therefore make sure to dry your hands completely before touching anything.

Create good social relationship!

Good social relationship with your family, your neighborhood, your coworkers, etc will be helpful to create good communication for each other and effective enough to eliminate stress. Stress is not only bad news for your productivity but also can lead to the higher risk for your susceptibility to getting a cold. Stress can lead to more stress hormones (like glucocorticoids) that eventually can be a crucial factor to decrease your immune system.

Stress hormones will give a bad effect for your body on producing cytokines (cell-signaling molecules) which have significant contribution for disease-fighting. Therefore, it is so important to avoid stress in your daily activity.

Furthermore, you need to do something that can increase the performance of your immunity, such as eat-right, sleep-well (make sure you get sleep-well at least 6-7 hours a day), regular-exercise, and so on.

In addition, avoid bringing any problems on your bed. Problem solving in your bed is not good idea but on the other hand can disturb the schedule of your sleep or even will make you be difficult to sleep at night.

Breathe more fresh air!

Breathing more fresh air is not only useful to promote good health for your lung organ and improve blood circulation-- but also helpful to improve the performance of your immunity so thus you will not get sick easily.

You can do an outdoor exercise, like just walking round, jogging, and so on, especially in the morning of the summer to boost the immune function of your body.
