Tips to Stay Young and Healthy

All living things will be getting older, including mankind! Therefore there is nothing wrong with the aging process. But the point is how to slow down the aging process so thus you will stay young and healthy whatever your age! We can find a lot of tips and articles about how to keep young but good lifestyle approaches are one of the best ideas I think.

There are many people tend to be resigned to diseases that are caused by natural process (like degenerative diseases). But one thing that must be kept in mind that the natural process is not the only one factor, because the degenerative diseases can grow faster due to bad lifestyle.

So it is so important to leave all bad habits of your lifestyle as possible as you can, and then change your bad habits to good lifestyles that will be helpful for you to stay young and healthy whatever your age!

Below are helpful tips on how to stay young looking naturally and promote good health for your body in long-term.

Control your emotion and more laughs

This idea will be effective to keep far away from stress, so thus you can feel more fun and can get more energy to against aging. Do and repeat “inhale deeply and exhale slowly” after you wake up in the morning also will be helpful enough to make you easily be able to control your emotion easily.

Taking a deep breath will develop the maximum volume of your lung that eventually can encourage better relaxation and you can control your stress easier.

Control your appetite to drink alcohol and caffeine

Alcohol and caffeine can cause dehydration and even aging, because cells that are dehydrated will cause more wrinkles on your skin. Therefore, you should reduce drinking alcohol or caffeine! And don’t forget to drink adequate water (at least 8 glasses of water) per day in order to keep hydrated!

You can also consume more fruits that contain a high amount of water to help better on preventing dehydration.

Keep far away from pollution!

We all agree that pollution is bad for our health. There are a numerous toxins in the pollution that can be serious problems for your health! And in fact, pollution is one of the major causes that always associated with aging in this modern living.

Consider your fiber intake or eat more vegetables and fruits!

Fiber is not only needed and important for digestive system but also helpful to against aging, because it can promote good health to your skin. One of the best choices to increase the intake of fiber is by eating adequate vegetables a day or you can also eat more fruits a day.

Moreover, vegetables and fruits are good resource of useful antioxidants that will be helpful to against free radicals.

Do regular exercise properly!

If you seriously care to prevent aging then make sure that your body gets adequate exercise! The exercise is not always heavy exercise with high intensity. But just do your favorite exercise regularly, and make it to become one with your lifestyle.

Enjoy your exercise so thus you can do it more fun! And don’t forget to stay hydrated while doing exercise, therefore eat right before and after doing your exercise.

Sleep well and get enough rest

Your body need an adequate time per day for the improvement and healing! And your body can get it from sleep. While you are sleeping (adequate sleep), the healing of pimples and regeneration of adrenal glands will be running better.

How long you should sleep to get an adequate sleep per day? It is much more recommended to get sleep well at least 7-9 hours per day. And if you are getting stress and experiencing a certain health problem then you may need to sleep longer per day.

Lack of sleep (poor sleep habit) is not only bad to your skin but also can lead to some health problems, because without adequate sleep per day will decrease the performance of immune system of your body.
