Do you feel not-easy to take a rest of your sleeping at night? Or do you feel worn out or crabby lately? If the answer is –yes, then you should re-analyze on how to sleep better!

Well, there are some associated factors with a good or bad quality of your night’s sleep, such as; deadline pressure at your workplace, illness, relationship issues or the other responsibilities that can lead to the unexpected challenges.

Schedule your sleep!

Make your sleep be well organized! This will be helpful to promote better sleep (be more organized). Being consistent sleep-wake cycle at the right schedule is a good behavior to adapt your body to well-organized sleeping.

In this modern living and due to your busy activities, it may be difficult to be practiced! If you have bad behavior of sleeping, you might be difficult to organize your sleep at the first. But once you get well-organized sleeping, it is so easy to get better sleeping. And once you get well-organized sleeping, don’t ever try to disturb it, otherwise your need more effort again to retry and organize your sleep.

In addition, it is better to do something relaxing first before beginning to sleep, so thus your body will be more relaxed.

Consider to your drink and your food!

Make sure you are not stuffed or hungry while sleeping, otherwise this can lead to discomfort that can keep your eyes up! Furthermore, avoid drinking to over, because will make you up in the middle of the night. Minimize consuming caffeine, alcohol or nicotine! Perhaps you will feel sleepy at first if your drink alcohol too over, but it will disturb or interfere your sleep later in the night.

Having a helpful ritual before going to sleep

There are several rituals or activities that can promote sleep or make your body be more relaxed so thus you will be easier to sleep. Some of these rituals are; listening your favorite slow music, reading your favorite books, taking a nice-warm shower before bed, and so on. Make your ritual more successful by also considering other positive equipments, like a light-dimmed.

You can also redecorate your bedroom that can promote better sleeping! Use the right colors in the bedroom, like quiet colors, cool colors, or not-too light colors.

Consider also the quality of your pillow, mattress or your bed! Make sure they are comfortable enough to be used.

Daytime naps are good, BUT?

Yes, daytime naps are good idea to release stress or take a few minutes of good rest at noon, but make sure you limit your daytime napes. You can do this activity around 10 to 35 minutes, not more for better result so thus you can keep easy to sleep in the night.

Consider your daily-routine activities!

One of good ideas in your daily routine is regular physical activity, like regular exercise! Minimize the stress and manage it as well; use your patio more optimal to get more relaxed atmosphere after a full day at work!
