It is around 70-60 percent of your body made up of water (this calculation is dependent on the gender, body composition and type)! You need to get adequate intake of water per day to exercise, eat, sleep and even important to help your body to excrete toxins. Therefore, you could not live without it and you have to stay hydrated! So, how to keep hydrated better?

While you are sleeping, your body can lose a lot of liquid, and on the other hand there is no activity that you can do to drink water because you are sleeping. And this step will be helpful for your body to increase the intake of water immediately once you wake up from sleep.
  2. Remember to always keep hydrated all day long. You may forget to drink while being so busy with your routine activities. Try to provide small glass (place it on your office desk) and use it to drink consistently small amount of water throughout the day. Drinking small amount of water consistently will not cause the problem of frequent urination and you can quench your thirst throughout the day without having worry will disturb your productivity.
  3. Do exercise regularly and keep active in your daily activities. More move of your body will be helpful to make you feel more thirst frequently and then you can drink more water.
  4. Consume more vegetables and fruits, because both are also good resource of water.
  5. Reduce and Limit the intake of caffeine & alcohol! Drinking too much caffeine or alcohol can lead to dehydration.
