The others green foods are spinach and broccoli. Both have a lot of Vitamin B6 which has important function to produce dopamine (a chemical substance to make us more calm & happy). This means, consuming spinach and broccoli will be helpful to eliminate depression, stress, or anxiety – says Hanjo Hellman, PhD (a plant-biologist).

Do your exercise properly and regularly!

There are several models of exercise that you can do for anti-ageing fighting!
  1. Strength-training, you should clearly understand that lifting weights are not only purposed to create a slimmer appearance, but it is one of exercises to keep the health of your body! Lifting weights are so helpful for older people (particularly for all women around 40) to promote bone health; don’t forget to consult with professional for more detailed information before beginning to do lifting-weight exercise! The other idea to against osteoporotic is by making sure your body get adequate calcium supply. Therefore, don’t miss also to consume eggs, oily fish, or low-fat dairy foods (all of them are vitamin-D rich foods)!
  2. Do daily yoga if necessary!  Yoga is so recommended to keep fit your body and make you feel calm and more relax, and also great idea to give a great silhouette. This exercise is also helpful to alleviate anxiety and boost bone mass.
  3. Consider for consistently cardio! In fact, people who are a highly active individual will get longer live. Regular exercise will be helpful to keep active your body. But this does mean you have to do marathon every day to keep you active. Doing simple aerobic exercises consistently, like jogging, biking or even walking will be helpful enough to give a significant result to decrease cholesterol, improve the performance of your blood flow and lower the blood pressure --that eventually will be helpful to protect your heart.

What else you should do?

Below are some other helpful checklists for your anti-ageing fighting:
  1. Get enough sleep every day! You have adequate sleep at least 7-8 hours a day in order to refresh your body and prevent the risk of heart disease, poor immunity, obesity, or other health issues.
  2. Try to have sex regularly! There are several studies and researches say that we are less likely to die prematurely by having regular sex.
  3. Choose to consume more healthy carbohydrates. You can choose more carbohydrates from brown rice, fruits, oat, cereals, veggies, etc. Control also the sugar level of your body!
  4. More varied on choosing the healthy foods will be helpful for anti-ageing fighting (colour your plate). Consume more any foods that have a high amount of antioxidant.
  5. Don’t forget to cook and consume a fresh salmon, at least once a week! Salmon is Omega’3 -rich food. And as well we know, omega-3 is so helpful to keep fit our body, it is always referred to keep fresh & smooth skin, useful to prevent heart disease, and also can be great idea to promote well mood.
In addition, don’t miss also to always keep your mood and stay away from stress! Sometimes, take a few hours to watch a comedy movie to make you laugh.
