Doing exercise regularly

You can visit a local gym of your local area to do exercise regularly. Working out at a gym is claimed helpful to sprout new cells in the vital area of the brain for memory (dentate gyrus), according to a study of Columbia University in 2007. According to that research, working out 4 times a week, for 4 months will be helpful to maintain the production of more neurons (for adults)!

Dancing is fun activity, therefore your may like it! It is great activity to stimulate a wide variety of your brain systems. You need to organize and coordinate your body to dance and then move along to your lovely music. Furthermore, dance is also great idea to release stress.

Take a comfort rest with adequate sleep!
