As well we know, there are several types of tea, such as; white, green, oolong and black tea. And all of these types are produced from the leaves of Camellia sinensis-plant. You may know about peppermint & chamomile, there are some people who categorize them into tea, but technically they cannot be considered tea. 

So, why you should try and drink tea regularly? What are the health advantages of tea? The following are top 3 health advantages (the most promising claims) of tea:

Heart health advantage

Drinking tea will be useful to decrease the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL) & triglycerides; moreover you can also delay or prevent certain risk causes of cardiovascular!

According to a Japanese research, if compared to adults who drink one cup of green tea for each day or less, adults who have behavior to drink 5 cups or more for each day will have 26 percent reduction of stroke or heart attack risks. And this study says that the effect will be lesser in men than in women.

Brain health advantage

You may know about the Parkinson’s disease! According to NIH (National Institute of Health), we can reduce the risk of this disease by downing 1 - 4 cups of green or black tea per day.

Helpful to prevent or reduce the risk of cancer

Drinking black tea will be possibly effective to reduce and eliminate the risk of ovarian-cancer (according to NIH). There are also some people who believe that this idea is also helpful to lower or reduce the risk of colorectal or stomach cancers, but unfortunately, according to some researches of NIH, this idea is not too effective to lower the risk of for colorectal or stomach cancers.
