- High blood pressure.
- And if you are a smoker, you should quit smoking as earlier as possible -- otherwise you will increase your risk of heart disease.
- Other risk factors that cannot be controlled are the heart disease family history, gender, age, and race.
And back to the topic -- according to some studies, the following are common symptoms of heart attack in women (contact your doctor or call 911 immediately if you experience one of these symptoms!):
- You feel unusual fatigue without a clearly reason!
- Weakness.
- Shortness of breath (in many cases, it is the most often common symptom in women with a heart attack).
And other atypical symptoms include: upper back pain, indigestion feeling due to upper abdominal pressure, dizziness, discomfort feeling in the lower chest, and nausea.
