What are the invisible (hidden) signs of stress? As well we know that Stress can attack anyone, even almost people has experienced with stress. There are a lot of causes that can lead to stress and if you cannot control well your stress then the risk of getting a certain health problem that can attack your body is higher. Moreover, stress can disturb your productivity that eventually will influence your carrier. Stress is also not good if you are trying to get pregnant!

Something wrong with your stomach

Stress also can lead to the activation of the nerve fibers that eventually will cause the sensation of itch on the skin -- according to a study in Japan. The skin diseases like psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis will be getting worse if the patient experience stress.

Cannot sleep well

People with stress are more likely to be often awakened during the night, and this can be caused by a numerous factors, like weird dream -- which eventually will lead to poor sleep (you cannot sleep well).

More allergies that you feel

People with allergies will experience more severe symptoms when they get stress -- according to a study of Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2008. A blood protein that can lead to the sensation of allergies (IgE) will increase due to the stress hormones.

Stiff feeling in your mouth

If you feel jaw pain then it can be a symptom of bruxism (teeth chattering), which usually occurs when you are sleeping (sleep-bruxism) and will be worse if you get stress. Bruxism is a condition during sleep and at the same time you gritted your teeth, and because you are sleeping you cannot realize that you gritted your teeth (unconscious habit). And what is the exactly cause of sleep-bruxism? Unfortunately there is still not known!

But there are some studies found that stress can be one of potential reasons why people can gritted their teeth unconsciously during sleep.

There is something wrong with your gums (bleeding-gums)

The risk to get periodontal disease is higher in people with stress - according to a study in Brazil. The performance of the immune system can be influenced and disturbed by the increased cortisol (stress hormone) that eventually will make easy for bacteria to attack the gums.

You feel more pain of your menstruation!

If you get stress, you may feel more pain when you have menstruation. Women who experience stress will get two times more likely to experience unfriendly painful menstruation. This is caused by the disturbed balance hormones in your body due to stress.
