The physical symptoms of anxiety disorders are usually closely associated to what the type of the anxiety itself! For example, people with panic attack may experience slightly different signs (or even sometimes very different symptoms) to people who have a specific phobia disorder. Some physical symptoms of this disorder may include: trembling, dizziness, sweating, hot flushes (shills), palpitations, sense of choking, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, and numbness in the entire body (or only in the limbs).
And you should know that panic disorder and panic attacks are different. Not all the symptoms of panic attack are categorized into the signs of panic disorder. But all symptoms of panic disorder can be categorized into the signs of panic attacks!
Moreover, there are also other conditions that can lead to the similar signs of panic attacks, which include agoraphobia, social phobia, hyperthyroidism, mitral valve prolapsed, heart attacks, and hypoglycemia!

- Another type of anxiety is phobic disorders (social phobia & agoraphobia), which are a kind of mental disorder that describes persistent, intense, and recurrent fear of specific situations (like certain public places, height or when speaking (or having presentation) in front of a group) or specific objects (like blood, snacks, cat, spiders, etc)! People with phobic disorders also have a chance of having a panic attack.
