You watch TV or movie while eating!

We eat while standing!

If we eat while standing, we may feel hungry more quickly so thus will make our body to eat more foods. Individuals who eat while sitting on a table gobble up to 50 % less by the time they get to their next meal than individuals who eat while standing.

And one thing you should clearly understand that if you eat while standing, you will feel your meal like a snack. So, avoid eating your meal while standing if you seriously want to lose your weight.

We have unhealthy environment (unhealthy friends)!

A surprising result of a recent study found that we can have 57 percent of chance to follow the heavy footsteps of our friends. So, if you have a friend that has bad habits that can cause obesity then your chance to also follow their (heavy) footsteps is higher.

But this doesn’t mean you have to keep far away from a friend for putting on weight. The point is you have to be aware of the bad habits of your friends and keep focus to your healthy goals! Be aware when you have a moment to eat together with her/him, always focus to choose and prioritize the healthier options!

You don’t sleep well or you don’t get adequate sleep!

As well we know that sleep well is so important to keep the good health of the entire body, even poor sleep (inadequate sleep) can contribute to one of factors that can make you fat.

According to a research in Australia, people with adequate sleep for every day are more likely easier to control the ideal weight of their body (if compared to people who don’t have adequate sleep). This may be caused by the better performance of metabolism if you have adequate sleep. Moreover, if you sleep late your chance to eat more foods per day is higher.
