Limit the alcohol intake!
Drinking alcohol (even in small amounts) is believed will be worst for yourself to higher your risk of developing breast cancer. Therefore, many doctors suggest limiting the alcohol intake, particularly hard liquor, beer and even wine.
A recent research found the connection between breast cancer and drinking alcohol, which was particularly strong in about 70 percent of tumors familiar-known as hormone-sensitive!
Get a monthly self-exam!
It is better to do and get a monthly breast-exam. For more detailed information, discuss with your doctor! Make sure to do the right instructions from your doctor & get regular review of your technique to analysis the progress.
You might catch a lump before doing a mammogram; and the most important don’t forget to always follow and analysis well the changes & shifts in your body.
If you are over 40 - you must get a mammogram once a year!
Like mentioned before, as earlier as possible of catching a cancer will be so helpful to increase significantly the chance of survival. And by having a mammogram once a year (especially after 40) will be helpful enough to monitor well your body.
