Create more inconvenience while buying snacks
We all agree that one of the frequent factors that can disturb your diet is snacks, especially if we eat them in excess. You may have idea with healthy snacks. This could work well if you can love your new snacks, but what you can do if you cannot leave your old unhealthy snacks?
Try to make and create more inconvenience while you want to get your unhealthy snacks! If you used to go to the grocery store with your car, now you have to walk to that store! This idea is not only useful to create inconvenience (that eventually will be helpful for you to ignore your cravings) but also will make your body move more.
Get the right calorie of your breakfast!
You may think that eat less is the key point to lose weight, including by skipping you breakfast! But you should clearly understand if you used to skip your breakfast then you can disturb the intake of calorie when you want to lunch (you may eat a big meal for your lunch and you may also snack more throughout the day because you are so hungry). Moreover, missing your breakfast will reduce your productivity.
So what you should do? We all agree that breakfast is so important, and therefore now you have to never go with it. But just make sure you can control well your calorie intake for every session (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
For breakfast, you can try with a healthy mix of whole grains and protein (around 300 calories), like a proper sandwich with apple butter & peanut butter.
Be wise on your go-to-order!
You may have a habit to eat at your favorite restaurants up to more than 7 times a week. This will not be a problem if you have adequate budget and also choose the right foods, otherwise this will be a serious problem for your diet.
Start for little ways, such as if you used to order a large bowl of pasta then you can replace it with a grilled chicken. And why not to cut back to just 2-3 a week or once a week if necessary (also will be better to your finance lol)!
