Does Cellulite Cream Really Work Effectively?

All people hate cellulite, particularly women. One of common suggestions to get rid of it is by using cellulite cream. But does it really work to reduce or even cure cellulite? Though there a lot of articles of this issue, but overall the answer varies from person to person. Some women find that it works greatly, while others reports that it is useless.

In general, some experts believe that cellulite cream can give improvement if it is used with other appropriate strategies (such as regular exercise and a well-balanced diet). In other words, it cannot work alone to give the result that meets to your expectation.

There are a lot of brands to choose from. And each of them claims that their product is the best in line. But if they promise too good to be true, it’s much better to find another option! You should not only focus to the effectiveness of the cream that you choose. Don’t forget to make sure that the product is also safe!

According to a report from WebMD, there are many cellulite cream products that contain aminophylline. It is a kind of substance that often prescribed to treat asthma. But overall, there is still less information and no adequate scientific evidence to confirm the effectiveness of these creams to relieve cellulite. Even some of them may also be harmful for you.

To keep safe, it’s much better to ask and discuss with your doctor for the best advice – particularly true if you also have certain health condition that linked to the health of your skin. Aminophylline may lead to allergic reaction if you have circulatory problems.

What is the crucial point?

Though the use of anti-cellulite creams is debatable, but in fact it also can be one of the best options as long as you use it with other appropriate treatments. On the other hand, it may be almost useless if it works alone.

These creams should not be your primary treatment. It’s much better to keep focus on losing your excessive weight (if you are overweight) by doing exercise regularly and an appropriate weight loss diet. In other words, use the cream for the complementary treatment –not for the primary treatment!

Pros: This product has nice natural smell and the cream is also easy to be applied. The result of the skin improvement can be noticed after 7 days with twice daily use – the skin will become tighter and smoother. Overall, it is one of best choices.

Cons: The price is pretty expensive!

Decleor Aromessence Slendisium and sliming gel

This cream contains essential oils in rich concentration to eliminate /reduce excess fluids and toxins beneath the skin. The manufacture also recommends using the slimming gel afterwards. This gel is purposed to break down the fat cells in the fibrous cord beneath the skin.
